Last mischief before the return of HRH
Flygande Jakob (English: Flying Jacob) is a Swedish casserole based on chicken with bananas, peanuts and bacon and cooked in the oven. The dish was invented by Ove Jacobsson who worked in the air freight industry, hence the name. One night daddy Jacobsson had to cook since wifey was away, and all he had in the fridge was cream, bananas, ketchup and chicken. That's probably exactly how it happened. Since MY wifey is not around, I decided to try this out.
