Highlights of 2007

Made myself a 'nice' meal. The only thing I know how to make - spaghetti. Raised the glass of teh (finally found condensed milk today), and wished myself a Happy New Year.

2007 has been a good year.
 
1. Got married to the woman I love
 
2. Bought our 1st home together (although now we won't be staying in it since we will be in Sweden)
 
3. Got promoted
 
4. Got transferred to Sweden
 
5. Get to see snowfall for the first time in my life. Yes, it snowed when I woke up this morning. I made a mistake of going to the toilet to brush my teeth, relieve myself and to clear 'the system'. When I'm done, it stopped snowing. I should've run out when I first woke up. Never mind, luckily I took a video.

Man...i had the most unpleasant experience (so far) last night with Bertha. Went to Plaza Singapura for the 1st time with it. Going up the car park, no problem, no need to pay, can go thru the gap. Looking for a parking space, no problem. Went for dinner, buuurpp. Went shopping for toiletries, groceris, see see look look, shiok. Went back to the bike to go home, bike still there, no twisted soul jealous of it, no inadequately-trained car drivers accidentally backed into it or grazed it. Put my stuff in the panniers, put on helmet, start the engine, and vrooom i go. Go down level by level until the exit where the ticket scanner is. Oooppss!! BIIG PROBLEM. There're two lanes. I was too fast going into the right lane. Saw there's no gap between the barrier for bikes to go thru. Look around, saw a sign "Motorcycles keep LEFT"! Dammit, only the left lane has the gap.
