Sunny Stockholm

It was a busy week for me. I've been working late almost everyday, which annoys me since my wife is home alone and I can't spend time with her or bring her out. Whoever says working in western country is easier, has never worked in a western country. Either that, or they're not working in Accenture. It was so bad, I had to work on Saturday too. I also have Swedish class in the morning. So, after spending 3 hours twisting my tongue and lips trying to sound Swedish, I had to rush to project site to continue my work. The only consolation is when my class ended, it was sunny and everything seems calm and beautiful.

I have to start recognizing things in Swedish. My wife pointed out amusingly that I'm practically back to "kindergarten" or "pre-school" again.

After learning the basic of constructing a sentence, I now know Yoda is Swedish.

Clear blue skies, the sun shining brightly on old buildings, casting shadows everywhere, people coming out for a stroll with their family, friends or pets. It was very nice.

Too bad, I got to go back to work. So, rushed off after class so that I don't have to stay late even on Saturday. It's hard to focus at work when I think of my wife at home alone. At the same time, as part of the team, I want to help the project as well. Especially during crunch time. I'll just do whatever I can today. Sunday is mine.

This is where the project site is, Rissne.

My wife knows I'll be rushing back to work after class. So she packed me lunch. Sprinkled with lots of love.

Reached home slightly after 10pm today.

Sucks.

But nice dinner waiting for me at home.

Bliss.
