After lunch, went walking some more. This time I went to Birger Jarlsgatan - a street where all the upmarket labels are.

When I saw this, I thought it's snow. I asked a guy who happens to walk pass, he said those were just frost forming on top of the car. It's THAT cold. But no snow yet.

I also see a lot of people cycling around even in this kind of temperature. I was told these are mostly people who make mail or package deliveries to offices within the business district. Cycling allows them to avoid congestion, and they can reach right up to the office's doorstep with their bicycle.

Don't she feel cold??

I also found 2 shops selling chinese/asian stuff. They're located opposite each other on the same street. I also found a shop selling Thai food, also on the same street, located near these 2 asian shops. Now I know where to go if I have cravings for chinese/thai food.

The CHINA market

The other shop selling asian food stuff. Got chinese tea and some herbs here.

Thai food!

It's also common to see people bring their dogs for a walk inside the town. My wife will love this. Imagine bringing Rocco along on one of her window-shopping trips (notice I said 'window-shopping' :p ). Cannot afford to shop all the time lah, dear. Things are so expensive. Anyway, strolling around with Rocco on the street freely is satisfying enough, right? right? right?

And THIS, is the ultimate. You can even bring your dog onto the T-bana trains.

According to someone I asked, not all carriages of a train allow dogs. You have to check the sign on the door to see whether that dogs are allowed on that particular carriage. This is to protect those who may be allergic to dogs, or just simply hate them and prefer cats or pigs instead. (ptui!)
So if you see this sign (2nd from bottom) on the door, bring your dogs in! If you see one with the dog crossed out, try another carriage.

OOOOOooooooo.....looks like we're allowed to ride this to work. hmm hmm hmm
